-With CAN bus communication, CAN calibration, CAN refresh and CAN diagnosis function, and can be seamlessly connected with the vehicle communication;
-The "cold networking" platform developed by Hiboridd,  can realize remote control management and monitoring of cold chain temperature, humidity, etc. Cold chain data can be stored and sent to computer and mobile terminal in real-time

New energy cold chain system consists of cold chain compressor, pipeline assembly, condensation system, evaporation system, vehicle battery system, cold chain box, extended range generator, cold chain control system, T-box, cold chain backstage Management platform, etc.;

Cold chain controller (cold chain control panel)

On the basis of the original fuel vehicle cold chain controller,Hiboridd has developed a number of intelligent new energy cold chain system controllers. Only by setting the temperature of the refrigerator, the cold chain system can operate automatically with energy-saving. Each sensor transmits the temperature, humidity, and external environment temperature of the cold chain box to each terminal device in real-time. The temperature inside the cold chain box is kept at the set temperature, and the over-temperature alarm is set, which has the functions of remote monitoring and management. The controller of our company has CAN communication function, which can realize seamless communication with the whole vehicle. It can directly display various cold chain information on the central control panel, and can also directly operate various functions of the cold chain on the central control console. Hiboridd can develop and manufacture the central control panel of cold chain vehicles.

 

Electric compressor

-Reliable and perfect protection functions for overheat, over-current, under-voltage, over-voltage, and over-temperature to ensure reliable operation;
-It has the functions of CAN bus communication, CAN calibration, CAN refresh, and CAN diagnosis;

Main functions and features
1) Integrated design of motor and compressor. The motor drives the compressor inside the compressor, which can be cooled by itself through refrigerant circulation without additional cooling equipment;
2) Reliable and perfect protection functions of overheat, over-current, under voltage, over-voltage and over temperature (set protection parameters according to user's requirements) ensure reliable operation;
3) Can bus communication, can refresh, can diagnosis function, etc;
4) The position of high and low pressure interface of refrigerant can be adjusted according to user's requirements;
5) Electrical high and low voltage interface can be selected according to user requirements;
6) Can match the compressor to install the shock absorber bracket and rubber pad, reduce the vibration of the vehicle during work;
