Electronic hydraulic brake system abbreviated as EHB is developed from the traditional hydraulic brake system, but it is very different from the traditional braking mode. EHB is an advanced mechatronics system, which uses the electric hydraulic actuator to replace the original vacuum assisted mechanical components. It combines the electric control system with the hydraulic system. EHB is mainly composed of electronic control unit (ECU) and electric hydraulic actuator. The electronic brake pedal sensor senses the driver's operation on the vehicle, and then converts the signal into a point signal and transmits it to the electronic control unit. The control unit calculates the torque requirements of the motor, and then the motor drives the secondary gear device to convert the torque into the servo braking force of the actuator. The pedal simulation system of EHB system ensures that the driver's foot feel is consistent with the traditional system through the system deployment of machinery and software, so that there is no need to change the driving habits.
